The scaling is attached to the catalyst, so you won't see it if you don't have it equiped, but once you do, it shows just like normal strength/int scales.Armament buffs do scale off your Incant Scaling. Body buffs like Golden Vow, any of the affinity negations ones, or the regen one don't. You can actually see the amount of damage being added when using an armament incant in your equipment screen. Caveat to this: weapon buffs scale, but seemingly only with the Faith component of the Incant Scaling.
